Communicating for Leadership Success
Become introduced to the essential interaction skills that are critical to leadership success. These Interaction Essentials are the core behaviors that leaders need to be effective in the many situations they handle on a daily basis, such as coaching, delegating, and driving change. Leaders will learn how to meet the personal and practical needs of their team members and how to communicate in order to spark action in others to achieve business results. $249pp

OSHA 7505 Accident Investigation
This course provides an introduction to basic accident investigation procedures and describes accident analysis techniques. The goal of the course is to help participants gain the basic skills necessary to conduct an effective accident investigation at their workplace. Course sponsored by Mountain West OSHA Education Center with TrainND serving as a host organization. $295pp

Medic First Aid/CPR/AED
The class covers personal safety, using barriers, mechanism for spinal injury, basic life supporting skills and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator. Other topics covered are basic training for control of bleeding, managing shock, foreign body airway obstruction, altered levels of responsiveness, chest pain, breathing difficulties, and a number of other basic first aid subjects. $90pp

OSHA 2264 Understanding OSHA’s  Permit Required Confined Space  Standard
This class is designed to enable students to recognize, evaluate, prevent, and abate safety and health hazards associated with confined space entry.  This course features workshops on permit entry classification and program evaluation.  Topics include:  Recognition of confined space hazards, basic information/instrumentation used to evaluate atmospheric hazards, ventilation techniques, permit systems, and more. OSHA 511 Occupational Safety & Health Standards for General Industry
This course covers OSHA policies, procedures and OSHA 511 Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry standards as well as general industry safety and health principles. Students will be spending time going through OSHA standards and learning how to look up and work with OSHA standards. Students will conclude the class with a test on their knowledge and familiarity of general industry OSHA standards. This class is a prerequisite to the OSHA 501 Trainer Course. H2S/Respiratory Protection with Rescue
This program meets all federal and state requirements and is conducted in accordance with API RP 55, & ANSI Z390.1 1995. Hydrogen Sulfide Safety is designed to improve the individual’s ability to safely work in a hydrogen sulfide environment. During the classroom section individuals will participate in active discussions and demonstrations on the chemistry, the nature, and the effects of H2S. This class also covers the operations and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and H2S detection equipment. Pre-planning and on-site safety procedures will be stressed.  $150pp
