COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to give an introduction to XTO Energy’s operations and safety culture. It has classroom training and in-class activities focusing on potential hazard identification and resolution designed to instruct service contractors on the proper and safe practices using industry approved best practices. The course will discuss the work aid for typical XTO Bakken District well maintenance activities. The work aid supplements existing best practices, XTO Safety Handbook requirements, and workover rig standards and procedures. In the event of procedure, policy, best practice, etc. misalignment, the most stringent rule will apply. The course will refer to XTO Completion and Well Work Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Fifth Edition
AS PER XTO POLICY, NO CELL PHONES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM. PLEASE LEAVE THEM IN YOUR VEHICLE, OR THE INSTRUCTOR WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE CLASS FOR THE DAY.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Students must complete ONE BASIN – One Way! Standardized Contractor Orientation
2. Students must complete H2S Clear for Energy or ONE BASIN – One Way! H2S Certification and Respiratory Protection Training
STUDENT CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Cancellation: Students may cancel their registration and receive a full refund for both face-to-face and distance learning classes up until 5:00 PM Central Time the day before their class start date, unless otherwise stated for a specific course. No refunds will be issued if TrainND Northwest is notified after this time.
Transfer: Students may transfer their registration to a future class date or substitute another student up until the class start time unless otherwise stated for a specific course.
