Learn practical self-defense techniques by studying the Korean martial art of Kuk Sool Won™.  Kuk Sool Won™ is a systematic study of all of the traditional fighting arts including hand strikes, kicking, blocking, throws and grappling, pressure points, joint locks, acrobatics and falling. This beginning level class will introduce you to both physical and mental self-defense techniques to build physical fitness and self-confidence.  Participants should be at least 16 years of age
